Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation form is submitted within 24 hours of purchase. UNLESS your order has been shipped before the submission timestamp of this form.

Cancellation requests after 24 hours of purchase will incur a 20% fee if refunded to original payment. 

You may otherwise elect to cancel an order in the form of a Shumi gift card for 100% of the purchase.
